In a quiet corner of the city, nestled between towering trees and vibrant flower beds, lies a playground like no other. This magical place, inspired by the humble saga seed, offers children a new experience of play that combines nature’s beauty with the boundless creativity of young minds.

Design & Inspiration
Nestled in the heart of ang mo Kio , the Saga Seed Playground located at Jubilee Square offers an adventurous escape for children of all ages. Inspired by the unique shape and vibrant colors of saga seeds, this playground is a blend of imagination and modern design. With its intricate tunnels, whimsical slides, and dynamic climbing structures, kids can explore, climb, and slide to their heart’s content.
Inspiration
The Saga Tree is a very common and popular tree amongst the locals in
Singapore.The bright red seeds from this tree can be found under the tree,
almost all year round.
People; young and old would be found under these trees, picking up the
bright red seeds.Some keep them as mementos, others use them for
crafts.
Interestingly, the word “Saga” has Arabic roots and is associated with
gold. In the olden days, long before we had digital weighing scales, these
seeds were used as a unit of measurement for weight. Four of these seeds
are equivalent to 1 gram. The goldsmiths located in Little India, Singapore,
used to measure the weight of gold, using these.
Design mood
The saga play sculpture, small yet striking with its brilliant red hue and perfect round shape, has long fascinated those who come across it. Its simplicity and elegance inspired the designers of this playground to create something truly extraordinary—a giant saga seed playground that captures the essence of this natural wonder.

Prioritizing safety is of utmost importance. We engage independent safety auditors during the engineering phase to meticulously review and validate all safety measures, guaranteeing a thorough assessment by a third-party inspector prior to commencing factory production

Safety and quality inspections were carried out during fabrication process to verify that product quality standards were met.

Kinetics sent visual updates to the client to maintain transparency on the progress of production. On-site dry fitting procedures were meticulously executed to guarantee exact part alignment and seamless integration.
