Specifications
Explore the high-quality materials that power our play creations.

Hot Dip Galvanising
All metal parts are galvanised post-welding for corrosion resistance, with a protective zinc layer of 70 microns to ensure strength in harsh environments.

Powder Coating
A tough, UV-resistant powder coat is applied to metal parts, enhancing weather resilience and long-term durability.

Stainless Steel Slide
Made from SUS304 with a 2mm wall and smooth finish, our slides meet safety standards with a minimum internal diameter of 768mm.

Plastic Slide
Constructed from UV-stabilised polyethylene with a 7mm wall, offering a safe, long-lasting, and smooth sliding experience.

EPDM Mat
With a 4mm minimum thickness and density of 1300kg/m³, our EPDM mats offer excellent cushioning and wear resistance.

Wooden Components
We use tropical hardwoods like Chengal and Meranti, treated and finished with rounded edges and protective coatings for safety and durability.

Armed Rope
Six-stranded steel wires with a fibre core wrapped in tough polyester (PES) provide high strength and vandal resistance.

Expanded Metal
Galvanised and powder-coated metal mesh ensures safe, slip-resistant surfaces while complying with safety standards.

Safety Mesh
Crafted from SUS316 wire, this mesh balances flexibility and security, with a clean finish and a durable 2mm diameter.

Rubber Membrane
This 11mm thick, 4-ply reinforced membrane offers strong grip, durability, and flexibility — ideal for platforms and climbing areas.
Testing
Testing
Scratch Resistance

Test Method
A cross-hatch is scored on a coated surface, masking tape is applied and removed. If paint remains intact within the crosshatch, the coating passes, proving its durability under wear and tear.
Thickness

Test Method
Coated parts are tested with a film thickness gauge to ensure a minimum coating of 75 microns, ensuring consistent quality and aesthetic finish.
Fabrication
Process
Every KINETICS product goes through a precise and quality-focused fabrication process to ensure safety, durability, and excellence from start to finish.
Research & Design
Each project begins with in-depth research and detailed design development. Our design team works closely with engineers to ensure functionality, safety, and creativity align perfectly.

Prototyping & Fabrication
Prototype constructions are meticulously crafted to verify termination points, alignments, and adherence to quality standards. Only after passing this stage do we proceed with full-scale fabrication. All components are produced in strict compliance with approved designs and drawings.

Welding &
Structural Integrity
Structural Integrity
Experienced welders execute every join with precision, following stringent quality welding practices. All structural work is reviewed by qualified CSWIP-certified inspectors to ensure strength and consistency.

100% Dry Fitting
To guarantee precise fit and alignment, all parts undergo 100% dry fitting prior to delivery and installation. This ensures seamless assembly and minimizes on-site complications.

Inspection &
Quality Control
Quality Control
We conduct multiple inspection checkpoints: incoming material checks, work-in-progress inspections, and final product inspections. All steps are internally monitored and documented for traceability and accountability.

On-Site Installation
& Safety Check
& Safety Check
Dry fitting is repeated on-site to confirm alignment and functionality. Certified safety inspectors oversee the process to ensure every product meets KINETICS’ strict safety and quality benchmarks.
