Drawing from the towering presence and interwoven roots of mangrove forests, Big Tree Trunk symbolizes resilience, connection and natural wonder. The vertical forms and branching elements reflect how mangroves grow upward and outward to adapt to their surroundings, while the design encourages children to test their limits within a safe and stimulating environment.

Design

The play structure features multi-level platforms connected by nets, ropes and bridges, leading to dynamic slides that spiral down like the natural descent of tree roots. Textured panels, organic materials, and earthy tones blend harmoniously with the landscape.
