Dino Nest Tower

Overview

The Dino Nest Tower is a dynamic centerpiece of the Prehistoric Discovery Field, a multi-level climbing structure that evokes the feeling of exploring a dinosaur nesting site. Combining adventure, discovery and imagination, it offers children aged 5–12 an exciting space to climb, slide and hide within a sculptural nest-like form. The structure promotes physical activity, spatial awareness and creative play while integrating seamlessly into its nature-inspired environment.

Inspiration

Inspired by prehistoric excavation sites and dinosaur nesting grounds, the design draws from the curiosity and excitement of paleontological discovery. Referencing fossils, rock formations and the protective geometry of nests, the structure transforms scientific exploration into play. The surrounding environment rich in earthy tones and fossil-patterned surfacing creates a cohesive narrative where children become explorers uncovering ancient secrets.

Design

The tower’s form mimics a dinosaur nest perched within a rugged terrain, constructed with layered timber-like panels and organic lattice details. Its spherical top enclosure symbolizes a protective egg or nest dome, offering panoramic views and a sense of achievement upon reaching the summit. Natural materials and rustic tones integrate the structure into its prehistoric landscape, while playful sculptural accents like the egg hideout extend the theme into immersive, imaginative play.
